The Virtual Reality Manufacturing Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance (VRMTA)Inaugural meeting

The Virtual Reality Manufacturing Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance (VRMTA) was established on September 27, 2019, under the initiative of Nanchang Virtual Reality Research Co.,Ltd. in cooperation with a number of institutions of higher learning and national key laboratories. The Alliance has gathered more than 70% of the domestic virtual reality innovation platforms, as well as key representative enterprises in the main links of the domestic virtual reality industry chain.

With the advantages of industry-university-research cooperation and overall resources of member units and the development needs of the virtual reality industry, the Alliance aims to improve the overall technological capabilities of its member units. By integrating innovative resources of “industry-university-research-application-finance”, the Alliance sets up a collaborative innovation mechanism and key generic technology service platform to make breakthrough in the bottleneck of key generic technology supply, and establishes technology standards with influence in the industry and independent intellectual property rights. It also promotes the commercial application of achievements and supports the development of the virtual reality industry, so as to improve the overall competitiveness of China’s virtual reality manufacturing industry.
