Guided by “key generic technology research and development that can be industrialized”, National Virtual Reality Innovation Center aims to build six major platforms covering key generic technology R&D, pilot verification, testing, technical services, talent training and international cooperation to focus on solving key generic technology problems that restrict the development of China’s virtual reality industry; to make breakthrough in key generic technologies in the virtual reality industry, including optical display, human-computer interaction, graphic computing, ergonomics, terminal technology and communication technology; and to build an industrial innovation ecology covering the entire virtual reality industry chain to promote the high-quality development of China’s virtual reality industry.
