In order to give full play to the use value of large-scale instruments and equipment and open up and share resources for the whole industry, NCVR will follow the principle of “offering service during the construction” to continuously enrich and optimize the management system such as the Management Measures for the Opening-up and Sharing of Large-scale Instruments and Equipment based on important instruments and equipment belonging to the generic technological R&D platform, the pilot platform and the testing platform. NCVR will add a new batch of instruments and equipment that can be opened up and shared every year according to the construction process. And through various means such as official website announcement, offline promotion, and docking with major scientific research infrastructure and large-scale scientific research instrument national network management platform, we will establish a public service platform for large-scale instrument and equipment sharing that radiates to the central urban agglomeration, Shandong Peninsula, and even the whole country.
